What methods of payment do you accept?

We are pleased to accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as Paypal. We do not accept money orders, checks, cash or purchase orders.

What is your return policy?

Customer satisfaction is number one, however if 7 days have gone by since the receipt of an item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please inspect your order when it arrives. In the unlikely event that something arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong size, please notify us within 7 days.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Can I make changes to my order?

Our goal is to fill your order as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. If you find that you need to make a change, please email us immediately at info@ootzawootza.com and note ORDER CHANGE in subject line and include your contact information.

Where can Ootza Wootza ship?

We ship anywhere in the continential United States. At this time, we do not offer shipment overseas.
